Mexico City, [April 22, 2024] – Vertiv (NYSE:VRT), a global leader in critical digital infrastructure and continuity solutions, announces the launch of the Vertiv Grand Cup, an interactive incentive plan designed to motivate and reward sales excellence among Vertiv Partner Program members and those channels that seek to belong to the Vertiv ecosystem in Latin America.

Game Details
The Vertiv Grand Cup is a soccer-themed incentive plan available on an interactive gaming platform, valid for all Vertiv Partner Program members and those channels that seek to belong to the Vertiv ecosystem in Latin America from March 7th to June 30th.
How to Participate:
- The user must have made a purchase through one of the Wholesalers that are part of the Vertiv program for an amount greater than $ 500 US dollars within the period from March 07th, 2024 to June 30th, 2024. Eligible products include: Vertiv™ Liebert® GXT5 uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, Vertiv™ Liebert® GXT MT+, Vertiv™ Liebert® GXT-RT, Vertiv™ VR racks, Vertiv™ Geist™ rack power distribution units (PDU), and Vertiv™ SmartCabinet™.
- Each eligible purchase completed allows participants to enter the gaming platform where the invoice or purchase order needs to be entered to continue on with the game.
- For each game, the player will have three chances to guard a virtual goal against incoming soccer balls, with a scored goal ending each round of play. Any player who intercepts all incoming balls during 30 seconds will win the match. A user can only play three games maximum during the duration of the campaign.
- 14 days after the validation of invoices or purchase orders, winners will receive an Amazon Card prize for each winning match.
Vertiv will offer game assistance through the WhatsApp platform, where participants will have access to Veronica, the Star Player, who will help motivate participants, address their concerns, and provide updates on the ongoing plan.
