Executive VP, Infrastructure and Solutions

Jason Forcier is Executive Vice President of Infrastructure and Solutions for Vertiv. He is responsible for leading the large infrastructure products and solutions offerings.

Prior to joining Vertiv, Jason spent eight years at A123 Systems, a leading global maker of lithium ion batteries. At A123, he was the Chief Executive Officer from 2013 until 2017 and member of the board of management.

Jason joined and established the automotive business of A123 in 2009 and was a member of the executive management team that led A123 through its highly publicized IPO on the NASDAQ. In 2013, he guided the company through a sale and restructuring process that focused on its core automotive business and ultimately culminated in a remarkable turnaround.

Prior to joining A123 Systems, Jason served as Vice President and General Manager of Lear's global electronics business and as the North American President, Automotive Electronics for Robert Bosch LLC. Over the course of his 12-year career with Bosch, he was also a co-founder and CEO of ETAS, Inc., a Bosch Subsidiary.

Jason earned a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from GMI Engineering & Management Institute (now Kettering University) and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Michigan.
